Michele Foldenauer

Michele Foldenauer is a Managing Director and co-Lead of the dedicated Mock Examination Team at ACA. She spent eight years at the Securities and Exchange Commission, six of those years within the specialized Private Funds Unit. Her wealth of experience includes roles as a state IA/BD securities examiner, large bank corporate/municipal bond trustee, and multifamily real estate financing consultant at an investment advisory firm.
