Sooni Raymaker

Ms. Raymaker is the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at the Florida State Board of Administration which invests the assets of the Florida Retirement System Trust Fund along with several other government trust funds. Previously, she was in the SBA General Counsel’s office handling a variety of legal matters ranging from alternative investments, trading agreements and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining the SBA in 2011, she practiced law in the public and private sector related to banking, securities, finance and insurance regulation as well as labor law. She graduated with honors from the Florida State University College of Law and holds an accounting degree from the University of South Florida. She is a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals and previously a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources from SHRM.
