Meredith Henning
Meredith Henning is a Vice President, Compliance in PGIM Investments LLC and Chief Compliance Officer of Prudential Management Investment Services LLC (PIMS). She joined PGIM Investments in March of 2022 to lead the Marketing Compliance Review team for PGIM Investments and was named in the Chief Compliance Officer of PIMS in March 2024. Prior to joining PGIM Investments, she was a Managing Director, at Foreside Financial Group, LLC where she was responsible for the service delivery for the review of marketing materials in compliance with current advertising and distribution standards. Ms. Henning earned a bachelor’s degree in health administration from Quinnipiac University. She holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 24, and 79 licenses.
