Geoff Darmstaedter

Geoff Darmstaedter is the Chief Compliance Officer and AML Compliance Officer for COUNTRY Capital Management Company, the broker dealer affiliate of COUNTRY Financial. For the past five years, Geoff has overseen the compliance of the subscription way broker dealer and its 1,100 registered representatives. This work has included the implementation of Regulation Best Interest and the transformation of the firm's supervision program among other things. Holding a MBA and the Certified Fraud Examiner designation, Geoff has also become a leading expert in securities registration and the ever changing regulatory landscape of financial services.
