Her areas of concentration include a deep knowledge of the U.S. federal securities laws and regulations and their practical applications across mutual fund complexes, investment advisers, trading operations, and treasury functions. Bridghet has served in numerous senior compliance officer roles for investment management firms responsible for areas of operational due diligence, pricing and valuation governance, compliance program development, board reporting, fund operations, and risk management. She has performed enterprise-wide regulatory risk assessments and compliance reviews of large mutual fund complexes, which included performing annual compliance program reviews, ongoing compliance monitoring, and testing. She also has extensive experience in building and revamping Compliance Programs to modern systems and reporting requirements.
