Paul Felsch

Paul Felsch is the founder and owner of Helios, and investment management Compliance consultancy.  Prior to founding Helios, he served as Chief Compliance Officer with organizations such as Edward Jones, Allspring Global Investments, and Galliard Capital Management.  A former government attorney, he also teaches courses on investment management regulation at Saint Louis University School of Law.  Paul has also been a speaker and author for organizations such as NSCP, the Investment Company Institute, the Investment Advisers Association, the Investment Management Education Alliance, the Mutual Fund Directors Forum, and Advisor Hub.  He is a licensed attorney and also holds the FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 24, and 66 licenses.
