Jennifer A. Duggins is a Partner at Optima Partners. Prior to joining the firm in May 2025, she served as Assistant Director and Co-Head of the Private Funds Unit within the SEC’s Division of Examinations from July 2015 to April 2025. Before her tenure at the SEC, Jennifer held leadership roles in the compliance and regulatory space, including Director in Regulatory Risk Consulting at KPMG, Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Chilton Investment Company, and Vice President, Legal and Compliance at Andor Capital Management. Jennifer also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor in Fordham Law School’s MSL Compliance Program, where she currently teaches Introduction to Corporate Compliance and has previously taught Compliance Risk Assessment. She holds a B.A. in History from New York University and an M.S. in Human Resource Management from Sacred Heart University’s John F. Welch College of Business. Jennifer is an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) and a FINRA Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP®).
