This facilitated talk group is intended for compliance professionals who want to advance their compliance careers. Discussions will include best practices for developing both technical and soft skills, building strong relationships, and learning how to effectively communicate with various audiences. Attendees will discuss techniques to effectively express ideas to senior management and make valuable contributions to their firm. Participants will discuss how to navigate an in-office environment, maximize their impact both during in-person and virtual meetings, and how to positively influence outcomes. This session will also provide valuable advice on the use of different formats during the interview process (in-person, virtual, and recorded video responses). Attendees are encouraged to ask questions and share their experiences within this talk group. This session is not eligible for continuing education credits. Seating is limited.
